E-business Suite R12.2.8 OAF Personalization - how to make field unique value

i have the Duns number in the supplier entry screen i made it required through oaf personalization but i want to make it also unique for the suppliers

so how can i do so through OAF personalization as i cant find attribute like unique in the list of attribute to be personalized
