Pre-upgrade Maintenance for NetSuite Release 2020.2

This communication is to notify you of scheduled downtime for EU NetSuite production account(s) during a planned maintenance window as we prepare for NetSuite Release 2020.2. This maintenance is required to prepare your account to receive the new features for NetSuite Release 2020.2.

Your NetSuite Account Administrator will be notified through an Administrative Notification. The maintenance downtime shown in that notice will be in your local time zone.

We are reserving 30 minutes for this maintenance. Please note that the downtime may extend beyond the scheduled time if unforeseen complications arise during the maintenance process. All practical measures have been taken to prevent this, but the possibility does exist. During the maintenance, you will be unable to access the following on your account: online forms, Web sites and Web stores during this time.
