NS-OA Integration : Redirect error occurred when displaying OA on NS dashboard/PSA tab

Hello,

I'm working on NetSuite-OpenAir Integration investigation now.

After needed configuration, I could successfully display OpenAir module on NetSuite dashboard/PSA tab.

However, some of my team member gets the following error message.

This occurs after logging in to NS(OA module display on dashboard successfully works), going to another page(like Setup tab), and going back to dashboard again.

As an alternate solution, we could resolve this by deleting Cookie on the browser but we need to do this every time and this is not desirable.

Does anyone know why is this happening and how to solve this?
