Deprecation of Data Center-Specific Domains for External Forms
This important notice is intended for customer accounts where requests from external forms in your NetSuite production account are using data center-specific URLs. Using data center-specific URLs binds your external forms to the current hosting location of your account.
Processing of data center-specific domains for requests coming from external forms will change when production accounts are upgraded to NetSuite 2020.2.
Note: This change was made in NetSuite sandbox, Release Preview, and special purpose accounts in 2020.1.
- Requests using the HTTP GET method from external forms referred to or linked from a well-recognized client (such as a browser) will be temporarily redirected to your account-specific domain. This temporary redirect will remain in effect in NetSuite 2020.2.
