Action Required: Update the Assertion Consumer Service URL for your SAML Single Sign-on
This notice is intended for accounts that use SAML Single Sign-on as an authentication method for NetSuite UI and you were exempted from the behavior caused by a change in the NetSuite Service Provider Metadata.As of August 12, 2020, this exemption will no longer be maintained.What is Changing? On August 12, 2020, the default value https://system.netsuite.com/saml2/acs for the Assertion Consumer Service will be enforced in your account. This change will cause problems with your SAML SSO configuration on the Identity Provider’s side, because the Assertion Consumer Service URL will no longer match the URL on the Identity Provider’s side and your Identity Provider requires the match. |
