Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Our Customer uses NetSuite internally and needs access to our Customer Center what are the email/log
Our Customer uses NetSuite internally and has is Employee company email address (joseph.zxxxx@company.com) and password set by his NetSuite Administrator.
He is also our Customer Contact and we have granted him access to our Customer Center using his Employee company email address (joseph.zxxxx@company.com) and our default password.
Our Customer Contact submits cases via email from his Employee company email address (joseph.zxxxx@company.com) and they are automatically assigned to the correct Customer.
Our Customer Contact has difficulty logging into our Customer Center to access his Company information (Transactions, cases, etc.)
We asked him to provide a different email address (
