Source A Field Value In Edit Mode In Field Formula?
Hi,
I have created an Inline HTML field on a customer record that shows a button which opens a new window and goes to a URL that includes the customer's tax ID. This allows the user to quickly check current company registration information.
Currently I have the DEFAULT VALUE of the field set to:
'<input type="button" value="Company Lookup" onclick="window.open(''https://websitegoeshere/View?id=' || {vatregnumber} || ''',''popUpWindow'',''width=1000,height=1200,resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes,toolbar=yes,menubar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=yes'');">'
...and FORMULA is ticked. It looks messy because the inline HTML includes both double and single quotes, so I had to use
