Reminder: Customizations to NetSuite WMS that Could Impact Your Account

NetSuite WMS version 2019.2 introduced enhancements that added new fields, pages, preferences, records, and system rules that may replace existing elements. These enhancements have been optional to use.

As of October 31, 2020, it will now be required for these features to be enabled. Upgrading to these features may affect existing customizations in your account.

IMPORTANT: A member of our support team will telephone you in order to discuss your plans around completing this upgrade. Our team is here to assist you as needed and, as such, be prepared to answer the following questions during your phone conversation:

  • How do you intend to complete the upgrade? (Yourselves or with assistance?)
