OpenAir Password Policy Changes – Effective October 2020 Release

In order to help maintain the latest security standards, the OpenAir application will be enforcing the following passwords policies effective September 19, 2020 for Sandbox and October 10, 2020 for Production. Passwords cannot be the same as your User ID Users need to confirm current password before changing to a new password Minimum password length is 8 characters Passwords created via integration or the API will respect passwords policies configured on your OpenAir account When changing passwords, users cannot reuse their 2 prior passwords Passwords need to contain at least 3 of 4 of the following: Uppercase Lowercase Numeric Special These rules will apply to all newly created users and to all future password updates for existing users. Changing existing user passwords will not be required.
