Upcoming Changes to Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Payment File Administration Email Notification
This notice is intended for accounts that use the NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. This change will affect accounts that process batch payments files.What is Changing?
Currently, when you create a payment batch, the system sends an email only to the user that triggered the batch. Recipients listed on the Batch Details subtab of the Company Bank Details page do not receive an email. When the system refreshes a payment batch, the Refresh Batch Completed email notification subject line does not provide the Payment File Administration (PFA) ID.
Starting in 2020.2, the following changes will apply to Batch Payment accounts:
