Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Upcoming Deprecation of the Bank Statement Parser Plug-in Script Interface
Note: This notification only applies if you are using custom Bank Statement Parser Plug-in implementations. If you are using implementations available through the Bank Statement Parsers or Bank Feeds SuiteApp, this notification does not apply to you. This notification is to alert you of the planned deprecation of the Bank Statement Parser Plug-in script interface. After this deprecation, the plug-in interface will still be functional but will no longer be supported.
This deprecation is targeted for the NetSuite 2020.2 release. The plug-in interface will be removed completely in a future release.
Why is this Deprecation Occurring?
The Bank Statement Parser Plug-in interface only supports parsing of bank and credit card statement files. The interface supports fields that support bank and credit card programs, so NetSuite can import data for matching and reconciliation. Import of other data types, such as corporate card expenses for use in employee expense reports, is not supported.
