Emails sent by Lead Nurturing Campaigns to be Included in Count of Campaign Email Messages from 20.2
This notice applies to you if you have sent both of the following:significant volumes of campaign email messages in the preceding yearemail via lead nurturing campaignsWhat Is Changing?
Starting with NetSuite 2020.2, emails sent as a part of lead nurturing campaigns will count towards the total number of campaign email messages sent.
When your annual allocation of allocated campaign email messages have been sent, you will receive an email to inform you that no further campaign email messages will be sent.
Recommended Actions
To ensure you can continue to send campaign email after upgrading to the 2020.2 release, review the number of campaign email messages you have available and purchase more if needed.
