OpenAir | Proactive Disabling of Salesforce Connector
Some OpenAir accounts have been identified as having used the legacy OpenAir Salesforce Connector and have received our prior announcements about its decommissioning in the coming weeks.
In order to ensure all customers have fully migrated prior to the removal of the SFDC endpoint that the integration relies upon, OpenAir will be proactively disabling all integration and SSO capabilities of the legacy connector on Tuesday May 4, 2021.
If your account has fully discontinued the usage of this connector as mandated by the prior announcements, then this will have no effect on your account.
If you are in the final stages of moving off the connector, you may request to be excluded from this disablement activity by opening a Support case. If you do not make that request before the connector is disabled on May 4th, but find that you are impacted, then you can request the connector be re-enabled via a Support case. However, note that you have very little time remaining before the connector is completely shut off with Salesforce’s Summer ’21 release.
