Letter templates merge fields bringing back incorrect data
I am trying to create, actually modify, a letter template using Microsoft Word. I used the NS source file to insert the merge fields into the template and uploaded it into the file cabinet. Most of the fields bring back the correct information but for some reason, two of the standard fields are not working properly, Field IDs: startdate (merge tag= NLSTARTDATE) and enddate (merge tag=NLENDDATE) on a transaction record.
In a specific example, there is a start date of 9/1/2011 and end date of 9/1/2021 on the record. What is downloaded onto the merged Word document is start date of 4/9/2016 and and the end date is blank.????
