Single sign on for your customers to access your NetSuite Customer Center from 3rd party??
I'm wondering if anyone has been successful at implementing Single Sign-on.
Specifically, we want our Customers to be able to log into a 3rd party support management tool to log their cases and access knowledge management but still access the NetSuite Customer Center we provide for their download files, invoice copies, etc. without having to log in again.
If you have and you've been successful, I'm interested in what tool you used and how you accomplished it?
I know this is a broad ask but I'm hoping someone can point me in a direction that works. I'll go digging.
