Is there a setting that can set a default to Open in New Window or New Tab?
I am looking for a personal preference or a General preference that may allow the default to open in a new Window or new tab.
When My users are reviewing a Customer and drill into an invoice, estimate, case, etc., they are frustrated that it opens replaces the Customer window.
I am only asking. I don't need a script or customization.
The user has a few options that are User Education or User practice experience they can utilize.
- right mouse button, Open in a new window/tab
- Use Recent Records
- Cancel out
- etc.
But thought I would ask if I am also missing a preference option.
