How would I structure a workflow to close requisition lines after fully ordered

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:25PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 7 comments

Good day All. I have a need to "Close" (check the Close box) Requisition Lines AFTER the document status is set to Fully Ordered. This status occurs after we press the "Create Purchase Order Button" on the Req.

I was able to successfully create a WF that did this, but only after I "Edit" and "Save" the record AFTER the status has been changed to Fully Ordered. Editing the Req to make this happen doesn't solve my issue.

I know understand that my method didn't work because there is nothing that triggers the workflow on the req, as the status hasn't changed when the record was submitted. So, is there a setting in the WF that would make this happen without editing the record?

Howdy, Stranger!
