UPS/FedEx Shipping API to schedule pick up

We currently use shipping integration for multiple locations. Some do not have daily pick up, so we have to schedule them. Isn't there a way that NetSuite can use the API to schedule pick ups for these? The option is there for assigning pick up method, but we shouldn't have to manually call/schedule via web site these few pick ups a week.
