Turn Off Email Notification by "Error Handling for Scheduled Workflow"

Hello,

I'd like to ask if there's a way to turn off the NetSuite Alerts email due to Error Handling for Scheduled Workflow. My client is also getting the same error alert as I do, and I don't want to inactivate the workflow I created in their account just because of these error messages.

Error massages usually happen when the workflow which works to automatically fill out a custom field in a transaction, can't be executed because it can't save the transaction due to other missing mandatory fields (for old transactions records).
