Staying Connected During the Holidays

NSC | Setting a Preferred External Sales Order Form

When setting a preferred External Sales Order form, the preferred form will be displayed when editing the record. Once the user viewed the record, it views the preferred Internal Sales Order form and not the preferred External form.

This behavior is logged under Enhancement# 96781. A workaround for this is to modify the Preferred Internal Form. 

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms and click on Edit beside the preferred Internal Form.

2. Switch the Printing type to Basic. See screenshot below:

3. Click Printing Fields 

4. Click Body

5. Locate the Custom Fields that needs to be hidden or displayed on the External Form 

6. Click
