NSC | Custom Record Access for Custom Employee Center Role
There are some scenarios where a User with an Employee Center role needs to access a Custom Record. Since we cannot add additional Permissions specifically, the Custom Record Entries Permission to view the Custom records on the Employee Center role, we can add the Permission to the Custom Record instead. To do this,
- Login using Administrator
- Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Edit the Custom Employee Centre role
- Under Permissions, click Custom Record
- Select the Custom Record
- Click Save

Then, we need to edit the Custom record and add the role on its permission
