Best Practices around Project Change Requests
Almost all project of any significant size will have Change Request.
Of course this is also related to how good you are at limiting Scope.
The curious thing is that I can't readily find discussions in the OpenAir documentation around Change Request. Is this not considered a common part of project delivery or am I not looking in the right place?
Is Change Request Management a separate subject/tool not covered by OpenAir?
