Landed costs aren't showing on item receipts
Hello,
I need some troubleshooting help please! When we tested using landed cost templates in Sandbox everything worked beautifully. Set everything up in Production, and it isn't working any longer. The POs all have landed cost templates attached to the lines, and those same templates are appearing on the Item Receipt, and the 'Landed Cost Per Line' is checked off, but the Landed Cost field is blank.
The only thing different is that in Sandbox we manually received against the PO, but in Production the POs get received through SOAP integration by our 3PL. Is there a setting somewhere to get this working when our 3PL creates the Item Receipt records?
