How to Exclude 'Enhanced Sales Order From' from drop-down?

Hello Guru's

Within the 'From' drop-down on a Sales Order I have two custom forms. In this drop-down there is also an 'Enhanced Sales Order Form'.

This form is an component of the 'Enhanced Sales Center' bundel (ID = 58416). I would like to disable this form so that it does not appear in the 'Form' drop-down.

If I look in the Customization > Forms > Transaction forms overview, I cannot find this form.

Does anybody knows how to disable/remove this form (Without removing the whole bundle)?
