What are the options for NetSuite Administrator training?

Good morning. I was hired as the IT Admin as well as the NetSuite admin at the company I work for.

I am completely new to NetSuite and am looking for suggestions for training options. I'd like to steer away from self paced and focus more on 1:1 or real time virtual.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
