Welcome to the new Mi6 Methodology! By now, you should have completed the Welcome Email communication and Knowledge Transfer with the respective AMOs and/or CS Delivery Teams for your Subscriptions.
Your Foundation cases should have been requested already or even completed. Likewise, your Welcome Call cases should be completed or waiting for the scheduled date.
