Resolved – Missing Currency Exchange Rates on February 18, 2023

This notice applies to you if the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature is enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from HSBC, one of our data providers.

Due to an issue with HSBC, your NetSuite account did not receive exchange rates on February 18, 2023.

This issue has been resolved, and the missing exchange rates for February 18, 2023, have been populated in your account.

Recommended Actions

We recommend that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account to ensure the accuracy of your records. You should review processes involving exchange rates that occurred on February 18, 2023, including the following:
