Spain SII Audit Files Support for Manually Created Tax Codes
This notice applies to you if your NetSuite account has a Spain subsidiary and you have installed the Tax Audit Files SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
Starting March 21, 2023, the Tax Audit Files SuiteApp version 1.86.0 will update the Spain SII Audit files to support manually created tax codes.
Previously, tax codes are reported as surcharge when the tax code rate is any of the following:
- 5.2%
- 1.75%
- 1.4%
- 0.5%
After the update, the SuiteApp will use the Surcharge property of tax codes in reporting surcharge transactions.
If your transactions use tax codes with the Surcharge box checked, the tax rate and tax amount indicated will be reported in the following XML tags:
