How to add custom Field to Pay Bills page ?

Hi,

We cannot create a custom field to be added to the Pay Bills page which seems like a limitation/enhancement.

The workaround for this would be to create a custom Segment that can be applied to the Pay Bills page.

Please see the below steps

1. Enable Custom Segments
   1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
   2. Click SuiteCloud
   3. Under SuiteGL, enter checkmark for Custom Segments
   4. Click Save
2. Create Custom Segment
   1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Custom Segments > New
   2. Name: Enter a name for the new segment
   3. Type: Select the appropriate segment type (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Item).
   4. Display Type: Select the visibility and access levels for the new segment.
   5. You can decide which all transaction that this field is to be added based on your need
   6. Click on the Save button to create a new segment.

This can be seen in the pay bills page and if we enter any value in that custom segment then it will populate all of the bill payment record that is going to be created from this bulk page. In the individual bill payment record, you may need to customize the form and from the custom tab, you need to check the visibility true for the custom segment field to view the same.
