Please note that on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 10:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Bill Capture Documents & Files Permission set to Full
This notice applies to customers using bill capture functionality in your NetSuite account.
What is Changing?
Bill capture users will now need to set "Documents and Files" File Cabinet permission to "FULL" for users to successfully upload and create vendor bills using bill capture.
Required Actions
- Login as the Administrator
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles.
- On the Manage Roles page, choose a role. Click Edit to add permissions to a custom role or click Customize to create a custom role from a standard role.
- Under the Permission tab, select the Lists subtab
- Designate the ‘Documents & Files
