NSC | Add User Notes to Records

The company's workflow requires their users to be able to create and save User Notes on NetSuite Records.


When granting access to User Notes, it is important to ensure that the user or role has appropriate access to the actual NetSuite record itself. This means that in addition to granting User Notes permission, the user or role should also have the necessary permissions to view with the specific NetSuite record to which the User Notes will be associated.
