NSC | Send E-mail When a New Task is Created
in CRM
User wants an email alert when a new task was created for their Customer.
Below are the concept steps to create an email alert:
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Task
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Example: Send Email When New Task Is Created
- Click Criteria
- Click Standard
- Filter: Select Date Created
- Date Created: Set to "within today"
- Click Set
- Click Email
- Send Email Alerts When Records Are Created/Updated Checkbox: Enter Checkmark
- Click Specific Recipients: Select your target recipient(s)
- Click Customize Message
- Click Save
