how to set report date when scheduling a report to auto-send each month?

Hi Gurus,

How to set the report date to be used by system when scheduling Income Statement to auto-send each month?

For example, I need to send previous month's Income Statement every 10th of the current month. So on 10th July, how can I get the system to email the Income Statement generated for the period January - June?
