Removal of Shepard CMMS

We backed out of Shepard CMMS as it did not satisfy our business needs. But it was never removed by the Shepard folks or any of the parts. It is interfering with daily business and making parts of NetSuite unusable. Can anyone help me with getting this and all parts removed?
