Create Report - Changes to Custom 'Item Classification' Field

Hi,

For our Inventory Items, we have a custom field under 'Classification' called "Include Item on Website". This is a tick-box.

I am hoping to be able to create a report/search which details Items where this box has been ticked/unticked in the prior week (i.e. to highlight if this field has changed, and how it has changed).

Does anyone know the best way to do this?

If further information is needed, please let me know.
