Script which triggers when the user presses 'Save'
Hi There
I have a scenario where I think I might need a client script since I can't see how to get this to work in a workflow
When the user presses "save" on a transaction, if the subsidiary value is set to "subsidiary ABC", I want a pop up error message received on the screen with "Please choose another subsidiary"
With workflows, this works if I use the "before record submit" function and "return user error" action. However, the user will need to go back in the browser and key in the bill again.
I would rather, something prevents the record from saving by returning a browser pop up.
