Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Delete reports owned by other NetSuite users
Scenario:
The user recently created a custom administrator role, but the role cannot delete reports owned by other users.
Solution:
To grant a role the ability to delete reports generated by other users, consider activating Core Administration Permissions for the role. Additionally, ensure that the role has been granted full Report Customization permissions. Below, you'll find a guide outlining the steps to accomplish this:
1. Login as an administrator
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
3. Custom Role: Click Edit
4. Core Administration Permissions: Enter Checkmark
5. Click Permissions
6. Click Reports
7. Permission: Select Report Customization
Level: Select Full
8. Click Save
Note: The modifications take effect once a user assigned with the role logs out and then logs back in.
