Why Isn't Tax Calculated on Sales Order Automatically After Tax Setup?
Hi Gurus!
I have set up my taxes properly, I believe, but tax is not calculated automatically.
Tax setup:
I have imported tax tables via "state tax import".
I have set up my nexus via "nexuses".
Customer and item are marked as taxable.
I have set up tax options via "set up taxes".
SO form is set to default to taxable transaction always.
Note that If I choose default tax value in "set up taxes", then tax is calculated for NC, same amount, no matter which value I choose there below - see screenshot.
Am I missing a setup item here by chance and any feature?
