NSC | NetSuite2.com: How to Get the List of Deleted Records via ODBC/JDBC
Some might not be aware that it is possible to check the list of deleted records in NetSuite, which can be done using SuiteAnalytics Connect or SuiteQL Query. This is important when auditing the changes in your NetSuite Account.
The sample below shows a list of deleted custom records in a test account:
SELECT * FROM deletedrecord WHERE type = 'CUSTOMRECORD';
The deletedRecord table contains the following columns:
- context
- deletedby
- deleteddate
- iscustomlist
- iscustomrecord
- iscustomtransaction
- name
- recordid
- recordtypeid
- scriptid
- type
