Action Required: Add New Permissions to Custom Customer Center Role Before November 1, 2024
This notice applies to customers who are using the Customer Center role in your NetSuite account. Recent updates to this role will potentially affect how data is displayed for item records when you use a custom Customer Center role.
What is Changing?
Previously, the Customer Center role did not need to have permissions to work with item records. However, the standard Customer Center role has been updated to have access to items under the list of permissions for the role. You should update your custom Customer Center role to ensure that data displays properly when using this role. All required actions must be completed before
