TIP: Get Record Name Using SuiteScript - SuiteAnswers 88939
This is not a question, it is a How-To. SuiteAnswers 88939 says, in part, "Currently there is an Enhancement 203898 for SuiteScript API's to include a method that returns Record Name." then gives a solution using native Javascript and DOM (which of course they also say you should never do). Here is a better solution:
