New to NetSuite | How to Add Prospects in Center Tab Menu
This article addresses a common issue where users with full access to Customer permissions can view Leads and Customers in the menu tab but are unable to locate Prospects.
In some cases, records may appear under different tabs depending on the permissions assigned to specific roles. For users experiencing this issue, Prospects are not missing but are instead found under Opportunities > Relationships.
To organize Leads, Customers, and Prospects under a single tab in Lists > Relationships, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Home > Set Preferences.
- Select the Appearance sub-tab.
- Check the box for Use Classic Interface.
- Click Save.
This will consolidate all records under one tab for easier access.
