Entities

Under General of NetSuite Settings, you will find Entities which by allocating unique identifiers to each entity, numbering guarantees a systematic and precise documentation process.  

There are 3 available Entities which are Customer, Person, and Vendor. Edit each entity by clicking on the ellipsis icon under Actions column. 

You can change the prefix for each Entity then assign the First number which the system would start and set the Minimum digits of the sequence.  

Click the Update button after making changes to the entities.
