Manage Internal Users

Administrators have the capability to manage internal users. To manage users, open the Ask Oracle menu in the bottom-right corner, go to Administration and click Internal Users

Under User List, you will see list of created users that has access to your NetSuite QuickStart Edition account. You can also see what access they have, if the user is Inactive, and monitor when their last login was.  

By clicking on the Ellipsis icon under Actions column, you can Edit Access of a user, Send Sign-in recovery email if they forgot their password, Reset 2FA Settings if they don’t have access to their Authenticator app, set user to
