Customer Portal Password and Security

The Password and Security section in the Customer Portal is where you can enhance your customers' account security. Here, you can specify a minimum password length, ensuring that your customers use strong passwords to access their accounts. This simple measure adds an extra layer of protection for their personal information and transactions. 

 

Set a time limit for invitation links, ensuring they expire after a certain period. You can determine the number of hours, up to a maximum of 72 hours, after which the invitation link will no longer be valid. This feature is handy for security and managing access.
