Guide to Administration Work Area

Within Administration work area, administrators are granted access to manage account-wide configurations, company structure with subsidiaries, operating location, and account-related information. 

You can manage Users and configure settings for Internal and Customer Portal Users, Data Import for file import and view your account Audit Information to track history of changes and activities in your business. 

To navigate to Administration work area, on the QuickStart home page, click Ask Oracle menu at the bottom right of the screen > Click Administration
