People Reports

In People Reports section or People work area, HR can view reports for people on their workforce that includes Company Mailing list, Emergency Contact list, and Person Index. 

 

 

In each of the pages, you can access the person’s record to easily navigate and add the needed information which were missing from their record.  

 

• Emergency Contact list Page: Displays emergency contact information of each person in the company. 

 

 

• Company Mailing list Page: Displays a list of name, address, and emails of each person in the company. 

 

 

• Person Index Page: Displays a detailed list of personal and job-related information of persons in the company.
