How to customise Serial Number Record form?

Hi,

I would like to customise the form that is displayed once you click on serial number of an item.

Example, when you click on serial number 1375 below

it takes you to the "Serial Number Record" form as below

My question is how do I customise the above form please? I checked Customisation -Forms but did not find anything there.
