edited Jul 11, 2025 4:56PM in Accounting / ERP

Scenario:

A user seeks a way to customize their Inventory Valuation Report, specifically aiming to exclude items with zero value.

They already tried to unmark the Show Zeros in the Inventory Valuation Report options, however, they still see items that have more than 0 quantity but with zero value.

Solution:

To be able to exclude items with zero value from the Inventory Valuation Report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Inventory/Items > Inventory Valuation
  2. Click Customize
  3. Go to the Filters tab
  4. In the Add Fields section, expand the Quantity On Hand folder
  5. Click On Hand Value field to add it to the report filters
