New To NetSuite | Custom Form: Set preferred forms per role
Custom forms have numerous applications in NetSuite. It can adjust the order of fields, hide subtabs, etc. Through this functionality, it becomes advantageous to set preferred forms for specific roles. Companies will appreciate this feature when aiming to customize their Custom Forms based on different roles.
In this topic, we will tackle on how to set a Custom Form to specific Role/Roles.
Go to your Custom Form:
Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
Click Edit on your Custom Form
Note: In this example, we’ll being using a form that is not set as preferred globally
